I take these daily and I have noticed an improvement in my nails. Its been a couple of months and I have gained a couple of inches of hair growth. I will continue to take them until the end of the year and do a length check.

I have been using Hydratherma for quite some time but I have never tried the vitamins until January 2023. I color my hair black so I'm able to really see the new growth as it comes in. Let me tell y'all. My hair is GROWINGGGGGGGGG! It has been few months and my hair is pushing past the plateau to my bra strap. I'm gonna stick with it through the summer until I get a little past bra strap which is my goal length. I'll see what happens after that because I actually hate swallowing pills. lol
Great ingredients, shedding stopped, seeing new growth at the roots even in the thinner areas, skin is flawless, nails are stronger and shinier! I've tried many other brands, and nothing compares to these. Don't hesitate if your on the fence, I wish I had started earlier.

Thank you for these vitamins. I was skeptical at first because I have never heard of this brand but when I did a bit more research, I realized that the ingredient list is really good and has more biotin with some other stuff like MSM. I TRIED IT FOR 3 MONTHS AND MY HAIR IS THICKER AND LONGER. If you are thinking about it, try it for a few months and see. They always have sales so catch one
As far as hair vitamins go, I look for good formula's that provide me with the essentials for hair health and then give me unique extra's like MSM, collagen, sea weed,and Bamboo which are extra's that are great for hair and hard to find in hair supplements. I very rarely find that hair vitamins improve the rate of my hair growth which sucks, but I do believe there good to use as supplements for the body, hair ,skin and nails to strengthen and improve there condition and help to supplement them with the little boost beneficial to there appearance and perhaps sped up the growth rate a bit.I just received these vitamins and started taking them a week ago and I have gave them a 4 star rating solely based on the fast delivery and there formulation. I will do a follow up post If I see amazing results from these vitamins based on hair growth and appearance of skin and nails.

I got some REALLY good growth with these vitamins as well. I took only one per day and still got great results. Upping it to 2 per day like they say and see what happens. I recommend these. It has a lot of great stuff in it
