I agree with all of these reviews too. This cleanser gets my hair really clean and i just need a little. it is super creamy and thick. I have never used a shampoo this thick. I will always use this as long as it is available. My hubs uses it. I use it on my 3 year old daughter too. The bottle last for months y'all!

I'm giving it 3 stars now. This has been reformulated to now contain no sulfates. The ingredient list is different and Im not sure why it isnt being stated in the description that there was a formulation change. One of the main selling points of this for me was it being a moisturizing sulfate shampoo. It is so rare to find a moisturizing sulfate black owned shampoo and I had that in this product. It was convenient, moisturized my hair and cleaned it well in one lather. I also have seb derm so this was a great 1st shampoo before my dandruff shampoo. There was already an option for an sls free shampoo but I guess that wasnt enough. If it isnt broke, dont fix it. This is extremely disheartening and now I will have to find a drugstore sulfate shampoo. Will not purchase again.
The Moisture Boosting Shampoo and conditioner were noticeably better years ago. I don’t know what exactly was changed in both formulas, but something/s clearly was/were altered. Both products used to have a much better smell, slip, and feel- particularly the conditioner. The products are still good, but sadly, used to be great.
This helped my hair from falling out 3wks post of receiving the Covid vaccine, it’s not shedding as much. I’m so so grateful to this company, I’ve tried it before and I can’t remember why I stopped . But I’m glad I remembered. I also have an autoimmune disease so I’m sure that contributed as well, but this time that drug has altered my hair texture . But I’m grateful this company had what I needed to bring it back . Thank you AA

I wouldn't classify this as a moisturizing shampoo but a nice clarifying shampoo. After 2 lathers my hair was squeaking big time BUT I do belive this contributed to the reason I had the best flat iron I have ever had outside of the salon. Getting my hair that clean allowed my deep conditioner and leave in to work as they're supposed to. My hair was light and flowy with nice volume. I didn't use any other Hydratherma products outside of this shampoo so I can say it played well with other brands. I'm definitely going to keep using this but as a clarifier. I'm still on the hunt for a moisturizing shampoo for non flat iron days.

I love this shampoo . It's the bomb and it is my favorite shampoo to use. It is so rich, creamy and cleanses my hair very well. The only thing that makes me mad is that it sells out so fast after the restock which is frustrating when I really need it. Please do a better job of keeping it in stock! I have to use another brand when yall are sold out and my hair can tell the difference. do better yall. Order enough inventory for your customers needs. I know that I'm not the only one who loves this shampoo!!!!!!!!
Tried this product based on a youtube review and it is viscous and creamy. I have shoulder length hair and I only used a very little. I expect this bottle to last at least a year or longer so it is worth the price. I bought it from my beauty supply store 2 months ago in Charlotte
This shampoo is so thick and rich. I have had this bottle for over a year. Gives me a deep cleaning. I love it. It has omega3 in it too which I love. I never write reviews but I just wanted to chime in.
This moisturizing shampoo is really good. Keeps my hair healthy and moisturized. I love the smell and how it makes my hair soft. I get so many compliments on my hair. People want to know how my hair is shiny and healthy. I tell them it is the Hydrathermanaturals for me. Great product! Will continue to use this product and other products from Hydratherma Naturals.
First let me said I am a product junkie! This shampoo is very moisturizing and super concentrated. A dime amount is all I needed for half of my head. I have found a new staple in a shampoo. PLEASE don’t ever change the formulation, it’s perfect just the way it is!

Makes your hair feel great and easier to manage. I especially like to use it before straightening because it gets my hair super clean! I use it on my 4 daughters who are black and indian. It works well on their hair too.

DEEP CLEANS! This shampoo deep cleanses my hair like no other. All I need is a little. This shampoo is not cheap but the bottle lasts FOERVER! It is concentrated and has pieces of seaweed and kelp which is very moisturizing. It is the best shampoo. You will not regret trying it. Folks who have used it know what I'm talking about.

I have read about this shampoo for a few years before buying it. It was on BlackDoctors.org. I finally gave it a try a few months ago and I can honestly say that it is the best shampoo that I have ever used. It is very thick. I still have 75% left so it is well worth the price. Don't wait if you are on the fence. You will love it. It has speck of seaweed in it which is good for your hair too. So happy that this is black owned.
You only have to use a little of this shampoo. Believe it or not, I have had my 8 oz bottle for almost a year so it is well worth the money!

I tried this shampoo 2 weeks ago for the first time. I have to say that this is the best shampoo that I have ever used. It has little specks in it so I was worried at first that something was wrong with it. I called the company and they told me that it was the seaweed, sea kelp and some other stuff and that is how it was made. It is super thick guys. I love it. My hair feels really clean but not stripped. I have not seen another shampoo as thick at this one.

I have been a longtime user of the Hydratherma range since they first launched. Due to me being pregnant and sick I ran out of supplies and decided to use regular products I had in my cupboard. BIG mistake!! My hair started falling out. Now I have restocked on my hydratherma naturals and will never be without them again!
Your products are AMAZING! I've seen great progress since I started using the products a few months ago. My hair and scalp was always dry and itchy which caused breakage. I went to a dermatologist, was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis and prescribed a shampoo to use but it only made my hair drier than it already was. So, I stopped using the shampoo in hopes of finding something that would help moisturize my dry hair and soothe my itchy scalp.I came across your web site while searching the internet one day . I contemplated making the purchase but as I continued to read the reviews, I knew I had to give it a try. Luckily I was able to find some of the items (moisture boosting shampoo, protein balance conditioner, follicle mist and hair growth oil) at a local hair supply store and started using them right away. I did place an order for the growth moisturizing lotion, protein leave in conditioner and moisture boosting conditioner. I'm loving the results that I'm seeing with my hair and my 6-yr old daughter's hair too. I just placed another order for some of the items that I'm almost out of it.
